Question Guild Wars & Factions Access Keys Problems

hi, im a noob at guild wars & have a few questions. i got a demo of guild wars with last months pcformat magazine. it was a 10 hour or 14 day trial, whichever came first. i liked it that much that after about 4 hours, i went & bought guild wars special edition & guild wars factions. i even bought the guide books for both games. the problem is, i have 2 email addresses & the trial was in [email protected]. i forgot this & put factions into my other email address: [email protected]. i THEN put guild wars into the same account as the trial, & now i dont know if its registered the new access key. when i log into the account with the trial & select manage access keys, it says: your account is authorised to play the following guild wars release: guild wars prophecies. at the bottom it says: you have added the following extra features to your account: 10 hour demo good for 14 days-prophecies, & 1 PvP unlock coupon (as i added the code i got to unlock 7 skills, 1 elite skill, & 2 weapon or armour upgrades). has the full game been activated in my account? if so, how do i bypass the demo & get on with the real game? can i make the 2 accounts into 1, so that factions & prophecies are in the same account, or is it too late now? one last question. in factions i called my character kratos guile & in the demo he's called neil dougal(me). can i call my character kratos guile in prophecies as well? sorry for the questions but im new to guild wars & there will no doubt be more to come as i progress through the game.. any help, advice, or suggestions are welcome & appreciated. thanks

Well, I *think* you've acticated the full Prophecies game under one account, and the full Factions game on a seperate account. Trouble here is that your characters will be locked into their respective games and you will not be able to bring a Factions character into Prophecies or vise versa.

And, since everything is all part of the greater whole, you won't be able to make another character by the same name. He technically already exsists in your other account.

Yes, it would seem that you actually created two independent accounts, each one with a single version of each campaign. The process should have been done through the 'Add account' instead of 'create account'. The only way you might reverse this is by pleading with ANet support. It is at their discretion wheather or not they'll allow you to fix this problem.
